Don't just think about it...

We are at a time when we can know all that we want, all we have to do for that is just Google that shit. But is knowing sufficient or is there something which is more important than knowing and the answer to that is acting out is more important than knowing the things. Take example of any activity it is made good or great not just by reading and gathering information about that stuff but by actually getting hands on experience of that.
This is where we have lost our path, we are so saturated with the information that we have lost the zeal to do things, we want to know everything beforehand, even before we try something. Like I see people getting too hung up on the diet regime, the workout split, recovery time, and the supplements to take etc etc before even actually trying to workout hard. I mean why does it matter which time you workout what type of protein you take or every possible detail of every possible detail just to give up the activity later.
It’s best to have a biasness towards doing things and not just thinking and gathering irrelevant information about it, coz as I have stated in the earlier blogs that our neurons fire on the principle of association the more you do something the more you’re willing to do it and the more interest and knowledge it would generate.
The reason why I am telling you to do things and learn by experience is because there’s a lot of wrong information and a lot of misconceptions about things and if you try to learn by just that information alone you’d be misguided.
Actions have way more to offer, like if you want to know that what kind of person the X person is focus on his/her actions. People often tell you want they’ll do, what their plans are blah blah but when you see their actions they’re in contrast, so if you really wanna know whether the person is going to do the thing he she claims to do or not you observe his/her behavioural patterns and the choices he/she makes and you’ll get a true picture of the outcome.
There are people who claim that they’re willing to make their lives better and they are ready to make a change for example a student may claim that he/she wants to study hard and devise a very strict study plan through a lot of search, copy and paste. But then you see the action patterns revealing the same old things which have made him/her miserable in studies, you can make a clear cut prediction as to how things would reveal themselves.
I just want to say that it’s never late to start a thing but by start I mean to actually start the action toward it and not just making plans, coz a person who does something better is way ahead than a person who wants to do that same thing perfectly but never actually starts the work coz he’s too busy just thinking about it.
